Polish Flag Registry

Register Your Yacht Under the Polish Flag with Asian Yachting Academy

The Polish Flag Registry is one of Europe’s most respected, efficient, and cost-effective yacht registration systems. As an official European Union (EU) registry, it provides international recognition for pleasure craft and recreational yachts up to 24 metres in length.

Asian Yachting Academy (AYA) provides a complete end-to-end registration service, guiding you through every step—from document preparation to the successful issuance of your Polish registration.

Why Choose the Polish Flag Registry?

Enjoy a one-time registration fee with no annual renewal fees and no yearly yacht taxes, making it one of the most economical flag registries available.

Provisional registration is typically issued within 2–5 business days via email, allowing your yacht to operate internationally while the official registration card is being produced.

Private pleasure craft under 15 metres generally do not require a technical inspection or marine survey for registration.

The Polish flag is recognised worldwide and offers the benefits and credibility of a European Union (EU) vessel registration.

There are no distance or cruising zone restrictions imposed by the Polish Maritime Authority, allowing you to navigate internationally without geographical limitations.

EU and EEA citizens may register vessels directly under their personal names. Corporate ownership structures may also be accommodated where applicable.
